The College of Computer Science and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Scientific Affairs Unit, held a scientific workshop entitled "Research Development Mechanisms and Publication Requirements in Scientific Journals." The workshop addressed the importance of raising the level of scientific research and enhancing researchers' skills in preparing and publishing academic research in accredited scientific journals.

The workshop was presented by Prof. Dr. Raeda Salem Khudair and Assistant Professor Dr. Salah Faleh Saleh. They reviewed the most prominent mechanisms adopted for developing scientific research and the basic requirements for publication in scientific journals. They also highlighted the academic standards that contribute to enhancing the quality of research and increasing its chances of acceptance for publication in reputable scientific journals.

This workshop comes within the framework of the college's commitment to supporting the research process and developing the scientific capabilities of faculty members and researchers, thereby contributing to strengthening the university's scientific and research standing.
