The Student Affairs Division at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Basrah, under the direct guidance and supervision of the Dean, Prof. Dr. Hisham Kadhum Hashim, has begun distributing university IDs to students via the HEPIQ electronic system. This initiative aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to adopt modern electronic systems and develop administrative work mechanisms.

This step is part of the digital transformation underway in higher education institutions, aiming to organize student data, facilitate administrative transactions, and enhance the utilization of electronic services linked to the system.

The Student Affairs Division urges students to pay the HEPIQ program fee and complete the information verification process to receive their university IDs through the approved electronic system.
