The first meeting, chaired by Prof.Dr. Hisham Kadhim Hashim, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, was held with faculty members in the Department of Computer Information Systems to discuss a number of important academic and administrative topics.
During the meeting, the Dean reviewed the current educational process in the department, emphasizing the importance of raising the academic and research level and monitoring the implementation of curriculum components in accordance with approved standards. The need to care for students, overcome the obstacles they face, and encourage their creativity and participation in scientific and research activities was also emphasized.
The meeting also discussed ways to enhance cooperation among faculty members to contribute to improving academic and administrative performance. The Dean thanked the faculty for their efforts, calling for continued teamwork to achieve the college's goals.
